Laos Tours

Discover Laos

In this two week trip you will get beyond the main tourist stops and see the hidden highlights of this amazing country. Enjoy a kayaking adventure through caves in stunning Vang Vieng, meet the people living and working on the Mekong River, enjoy the night market in Luang Prabang and visit the mysterious Plain of Jars. Laos is so often overlooked or added on at the end of a tour, but with more time this beautiful and peaceful company really comes to life and can truly be an amazing trip all on it’s own.

Classic Laos

Head off the tourist track to this fascinating and beautiful landlocked country. Start in Vientiane, the peaceful capital on the banks of the mighty Mekong. Visit Wats and Pagodas and see the traditional arts of Laos. Then travel back in time to the charming town of Luang Prabang. Surrounded by precipitous mountains at the junction of the Mekong and Nam Khan rivers this World Heritage City is a wonderful break from the hustle and bustle of Asia. A calmer, gentler city, Luang Prabang offers relaxing days visiting waterfalls, caves or enjoying a crepe at the local creperie.

You will also explore the stunning Laos landscape and visit remote hill tribes in a wonderful day of trekking. Your accommodation in each city will be uniquely Laos with beautiful decorations and wonderful service. This 7-day tour will leave you with a sense of peace and a true feeling that you have gone beyond the norm and discovered your own Southeast Asia.

Laos for the Ladies - Luang Prabang

Traveling with your girlfriends can be a great escape and no where is better for a girlfriend escape than Luang Prabang, Laos. A mecca for shopping, spas, culture and adventure, Luang Prabang offers something for everyone and is a great place for the girls to “fit it all in” and still leave feeling rested. Enjoy a massage at the lovely Phou Vao Spa, stroll the famous Night Market, and learn how to weave side-by-side with the locals. So get your girlfriends, mothers, and sisters together and have an adventure!

Classic Luang Prabang

This beautiful city nestled between the Mekong and Nam Khan Rivers is a calm and fascinating place with Wats to explore, excursions up and down the Mekong and a great base for treks to the traditional, rural hill tribes of Laos. With its distinctive French air and quaint small village atmosphere Luang Prabang is also a nice place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Asia and relax with beautiful views and delicious food in character-filled cafes and bakeries.

Under Your Own Steam

Get out of the car and start touring! Laos is a wonderful country to explore under your own steam so in this 8-day tour we encourage you to paddle, trek and boat your way to new and exciting experiences. The kayaking on the Nam Song will be through stunning scenery and landscape, the trekking in Luang Prabang will introduce you to people and cultures so different from your own and boating on the Mekong will allow you to relax and soak up the calm and peaceful atmosphere in Laos. Discover Laos for yourself!

Plain of Jars and Hilltribe Discovery Tour

Visit Luang Prabang to see the Wats and temples and the lovely scenery and then head out of town to the mysterious Plain of Jars. This trip will take you through stunning landscapes to one of the biggest mysteries in Asia, fields filled with huge earthen jars, thousands of years old. There is no definite explanation of what these jars were for, but many believe the fields are cemeteries and the jars held the remains of the dead. In this 6-day tour you will not only be amazed at the mysterious jars, but you will always remember the people and hill tribes you meet living on these same plains.
