Booking Manager/Tour Consultant
Journeys Within is seeking a Booking Manager/Tour Consultant to join our team in our Cambodia office. As our Booking Manager/Tour Consultant you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Tours in her tour bookings which includes but is not limited to: quality control, customer service and client/ground operator/vendor communication, preparing and sending travel documents. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: tour consulting, social media management.
The position is designed so that the Booking Manager/Tour Consultant will learn how to create customized tours for our clients and will soon start working as a tour consultant as well as travel booking coordination.
We are looking for a native-English speaker who is very detail oriented, self motivated, has experience in the administrative field and has the desire to grow within the Journeys Within team.
