Toys by the pool, big rooms with two double beds, bicycles in the courtyard and all of this on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. The rooms and bathrooms are very simple, but for families it's the perfect option.

No frills. What you see is what you get, and the breakfast is limited.
